I am certified Personal Trainer from Latvia.
Sports and fitness have always been my passion, I qualified as a personal trainer in 2015 and have since helped many people make their dreams of having a stronger, slimmer, healthier body come true.
I am not a 'boot camp' style trainer and I certainly never shout - I am encouraging, supportive, professional and empathetic. I focus on correct technique, appropriate exercise selection and intensity along with ensuring the basics are mastered before they are progressed.
Still, I also believe in the diversity of people's behaviour to exercise. There is no one solution, and therefore I like to approach each client and each class in its unique way.
I believe in getting the best out of each session for my clients. There is always a strong element of fun and the all-important functional component. We progress these both in equal measure, and the sessions are always varied.
